Business Process Analyst

At Hiltermann Consumer Financing (HCF), we are looking for a Business Process Analyst to play a key role in the future of our digital services.

What will you do?
As a Business Process Analyst, you will be central to the development of our fintech platform. You will combine business and process analysis with hands-on guidance for IT and operations. In this role, you will work closely with the Product Owner and other specialists across the organization.

Your responsibilities include:

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining process models that form the foundation of our platform

• Translating business needs into functional specifications, use cases, and epics

• Advising the business by analyzing processes and identifying opportunities for improvement

• Functionally supporting IT engineers during development and testing

• Drafting acceptance criteria and contributing to quality assurance

• Identifying risks and ensuring appropriate control measures

What are we looking for?
As a Business Process Analyst, you are the connecting link between business, operations, and IT. You combine vision and persuasive skills with a pragmatic approach. You know how to bring people along during change and turn ideas into reality. Additionally, you have:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field

• At least 5 years of experience as a business analyst or process manager

• Experience in the financial sector or consumer finance/lease is a strong plus

• Knowledge of operations, finance, IT, testing, and data management

• Experience with Agile/DevOps and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Visio

• Excellent communication skills to interact seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders

• Good command of English (international team)

• WFT Consumer Credit certification (or willingness to obtain it)

• A salary between €5,000 and €6,500 gross per month (based on a 40-hour workweek), depending on experience

• A one-year contract with the intention to convert to a permanent contract if suitable

• 28 vacation days (based on a 40-hour workweek)
