Are you an experienced Business Process Analyst with strong analytical skills and a passion for process optimization, risk & compliance, and digital innovation? Do you enjoy working at the intersection of business and technology and want to make an impact on the further development of a modern fintech platform? At Hiltermann Consumer Financing (HCF), we are looking for a Business Process Analyst to play a key role in the future of our digital services.
What will you do?
As a Business Process Analyst, you will be central to the development of our fintech platform. You will combine business and process analysis with hands-on guidance for IT and operations. In this role, you will work closely with the Product Owner and other specialists across the organization.
Your responsibilities include:
Designing, implementing, and maintaining process models that form the foundation of our platform
Translating business needs into functional specifications, use cases, and epics
Advising the business by analyzing processes and identifying opportunities for improvement
Functionally supporting IT engineers during development and testing
Drafting acceptance criteria and contributing to quality assurance
Identifying risks and ensuring appropriate control measures
What are we looking for?
As a Business Process Analyst, you are the connecting link between business, operations, and IT. You combine vision and persuasive skills with a pragmatic approach. You know how to bring people along during change and turn ideas into reality. Additionally, you have:
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience as a business analyst or process manager
Experience in the financial sector or consumer finance/lease is a strong plus
Knowledge of operations, finance, IT, testing, and data management
Experience with Agile/DevOps and tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Visio
Excellent communication skills to interact seamlessly with internal and external stakeholders
Good command of English (international team)
WFT Consumer Credit certification (or willingness to obtain it)

A salary between €5,000 and €6,500 gross per month (based on a 40-hour workweek), depending on experience
A one-year contract with the intention to convert to a permanent contract if suitable
28 vacation days (based on a 40-hour workweek)
